Delivery Time:

- Orders are dispatched within 1 – 2 working days.

- A-1 and A-2 Metros (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Hyderabad) enjoy delivery within 3 – 5 working days.

- Other cities typically receive orders within 5 – 8 business days.

- Ground deliveries may take longer compared to air couriers.

- Deliveries to extremely remote areas, like the Northeast, may take up to 9 business days or longer, depending on geographical constraints.

Shipping Charges by Zone:

For Zone 1, which includes West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha, Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and Delhi, the prepaid shipping charge is ₹50, and the COD charge is ₹80.

In Zone 2, covering Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Goa, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Chandigarh, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, and Puducherry, the prepaid shipping charge is ₹80, and the COD charge is ₹130.

For states in Zone 3, which includes Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, and Andaman and Nicobar Islands, the prepaid shipping charge is ₹90, and the COD charge is ₹140.

Prepaid:

- Prepaid orders above ₹349 are shipped free of cost to your doorstep.

- There are no additional charges upon delivery.

- For orders below ₹349, shipping charges are applied based on the state/zone as outlined above.

- International shipping charges are determined by box weight and delivery zone.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

- COD is complimentary for orders exceeding ₹899.

- All COD orders undergo electronic or telephonic verification before dispatch.

- Payments for COD orders are accepted only in cash; no other forms of payment (cheque, demand draft, credit card, etc.) are accepted.

- Orders valued between ₹400 and ₹899 incur a nominal COD charge based on the state/zone as outlined above.

- No COD option for international shipments.
