Berry Matcha Green Tea
TEAME Berry Matcha blends ceremonial-grade Japanese matcha with the tangy brightness of natural berry — a fruity twist on matcha's earthy richness.
What is matcha and why berry? Matcha is stone-ground whole green tea leaf, exceptionally rich in EGCG catechins. Pairing it with berry-derived anthocyanins doubles the antioxidant profile, supporting heart health, immunity and focus. L-theanine delivers calm, jitter-free concentration.
How to use: whisk with hot water, blend into a latte or smoothie, or add to yogurt and bakes.

Still have questions? We've got you.
What is Berry Matcha Green Tea?
It is TEAME's Shizuoka matcha base with natural berry flavouring — approachable and smooth, a good entry point for new matcha drinkers. TEAME is part of Madhu Jayanti International, a tea house with 80+ years of sourcing experience, and all TEAME teas are 100% natural with no added sugar or artificial flavours.
Is it good for beginners?
Yes. The natural berry flavour makes it easy to enjoy and forgiving to prepare, ideal for those new to matcha.
Does flavoured matcha have the same benefits as plain?
Yes. It uses the same Shizuoka base; natural flavouring is added in small amounts and doesn't change the antioxidant or L-theanine content.
How do I make it?
Sift about 1 teaspoon into a cup, add 3–4 tablespoons of water at around 70°C (not boiling), and whisk into a smooth paste. Top with hot water, or with frothed milk for a latte. It works especially well in lattes and smoothies.
Does it contain caffeine?
Yes — roughly 35–70mg per teaspoon, with L-theanine for steadier energy than coffee.
Does it contain added sugar?
No. It contains no added sugar and no artificial flavours or preservatives. Any sweetness comes from the natural ingredients, and you can add your own honey or sweetener to taste.
What does it taste like?
Smooth matcha with a bright, natural berry note.
Is it authentic Japanese matcha?
Yes. The base is sourced from Shizuoka, Japan.
How should I store it?
Keep it sealed, cool and away from light and moisture; reseal promptly and use within a few weeks of opening.
