Refund policy

Thank you for choosing TEAME. 

We stand behind all products purchased from our site. Returns, refunds, and cancellations are accepted under the following circumstances: 

- Wrong Item Delivered: Contact us within 3 days via email if you receive a different item than what you ordered. The product must be unopened, unused, and returned with the original packaging. 

- Damaged Product: Provide proof of a damaged product within 3 days of receipt by emailing a picture to feedback@teameteas.com. We will initiate the return process promptly. 

- Cancellation: Orders can be canceled and refunded at any time before shipment. Refunds are processed within 3 – 7 business days. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. 

Returns: 

We offer a 3-day return policy, and accept returns only under the following circumstances: 

- Wrong Item Delivered: Notify us within 3 days of delivery if you receive a different item than what you ordered. The product must be unopened, unused, and returned with the original packaging. 

- Damaged Product: Provide proof of the damaged product within 3 days of receipt by emailing a picture to feedback@teameteas.com. 

- Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and invoice, and in the original packaging. 

- Contact us at feedback@teameteas.com to initiate a return.

Cancellation: 

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. You can cancel your order any time before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled as our service partners initiate charges upon completion of pick-up. Refunds are processed within 3 – 7 business days.  

Replacements: 

Your satisfaction is our priority. For replacements due to damaged, incorrect, or expired products, please follow these steps: 

- Initiate a replacement request within 3 days of delivery by contacting us at feedback@teameteas.com

- Provide a picture of the delivered order along with the invoice for internal quality checks. 

- Allow us 24 hours to review your request and send you a replacement if applicable. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: 

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, sale items or gift cards are non-returnable. 

Refunds: 

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. We refund full amount in store credit. Please contact us at feedback@teameteas.com if more than 15 business days have passed since return approval.
