How do I prepare it?
Sift about 1 teaspoon into a cup, add 3–4 tablespoons of water at around 70°C (not boiling), and whisk into a smooth paste. Top with hot water, or with frothed milk for a latte. Ceremonial grade is best enjoyed with just hot water.
