Long Leaf Green Tea

TE-A-ME Long Leaf Green Tea is a loose leaf green tea made from whole, handpicked leaves. It's known for its smooth taste and lack of bitterness.

Green tea typically contains around 31mg of caffeine per 100ml, which is less than black tea and slightly more than white tea. This amount can vary depending on brewing methods and steeping time.

Don't use boiling water. Use water around 80°C (176°F).
Use 1 teaspoon of loose leaves per 200ml (7 fl oz) of water.
Steep for 2-3 minutes.

Both teas come from the same plant (Camellia sinensis), but green tea is less processed. This results in a lighter color, less bitterness, and higher levels of antioxidants in green tea.
