TE-A-ME is a perfect way to start the day with a strong kick. The flavor is quite balanced and the tea tastes perfect. Just add the tea bag to a boiling cup of water and brew for 3-5 minutes, add milk if you like. The tea is flavourful and also consists of necessary antioxidants. Overall, it is highly recommended.
