Very Good Tea but low quality packaging

The Tea bags packaging is very low quality. All my tea bags are stuck to the outer pack and when we try to remove it the tea bag will torn off leaving the tea coming out of it
I guess when the quality is so good, packaging aspect becomes more critical as that is the first impression
In my case when I open the first outer wrapper, the tea bag inside is stuck to the outer wrapper and if we try to remove that it will tear off the tea bag leaving all the inside material coming out of it.
