1. Ginger Tulsi honey:

Ingredients:

Water – 2 cups

Ginger Root – 0.5 inch

Tulsi leaves – 5-6 leaves

Honey – 1 Teaspoon or as desired

Method:

Bring water to boil.

While you are at it, peel ginger and roughly chop it.

Crush ginger with pestle and add this to boiling water.

Boil for 30 seconds.

Now break and crush tulsi leaves with fingers and add this to the boiling water. Boil for another 30 seconds.

If you want your tea to be stronger, go about it a little longer.

Now turn off the heat and let this steep for a minute.

Strain your tea into cups and sweeten with honey as desired.
Preferably, add honey when your tea is less than boiling point. Sip on it while its warm.

Cardamom Turmeric Wellness Tea

2. Cardamom Turmeric:

Turmeric is a natural antiseptic. It detoxifies blood naturally and keeps body warm. Cardamom enhances digestion and brings very unique and refreshing flavor to the palate. It also removes bad breath. Brew a tea of these ingredients and simply accrue the benefits!

Water – 2 cups

Cardamom – 2 buds

Method:

Drop them all in boiling water

Let it boil for 2 minutes. Let it cool.

Strain and serve.

Sweeten with honey or jaggery as you prefer it.
