Things you will need to serve two people:

  • Water- 500 ml
  • Te-A-Me Apple Cinnamon Infusion – 2 bags
  • Lemon- 1, thinly sliced
  • Sugar or honey – according to your taste
  • 3-4 thin wedges of an apple for garnishing (optional)

Take water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Place the infusion bags in individual cups. After the water boils, turn off the flame and pour it into the cups. Let the bags steep in the hot water for around 3-5 minutes. During this time, the water will be infused with the flavours of apple and cinnamon.

After the infusion bags have steeped well, take them out. Add a few drops of lemon juice to each cup. Add sugar or honey, as per your taste. If you are watching your health, substitute sugar with honey.

If you wish, you can garnish the drink with 1-2 apple wedges before serving.

Bourbon Apple Cinnamon Cocktail

This cocktail recipe will serve two people and can be a great addition to your parties. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • A  1-inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 2 bags of Te-A-Me Apple Cinnamon Infusion
  • 1 shot of bourbon
  • Honey or sugar – to taste
  • A squeeze of lemon juice
  • Ground cinnamon/sugar for rimming glass
  • Apple juliennes for garnishing (Optional)

The first step is to prep the glass in which you’ll serve the drink. For this, you need to peel the ginger and rub it onto the rim of a cocktail glass. Dip glass rim in a cinnamon/sugar mixture and keep inside your fridge until needed.

Brew two cups of Apple Cinnamon infusion and set aside to cool.

Now, crush the piece of ginger and extract its juice in a glass. Stir well with some crushed ice to release the ginger flavor. To this, add the Apple Cinnamon infusion, bourbon, honey/sugar, and lemon juice.
